She’s Healthy

On February 8, She Believes in Me sponsored She’s Healthy, a health fair for at-risk girls focusing on four areas designed to address important needs and help the girls be their best selves: Mental Health, Physical Health, Self-Care, and First Aid.  The girls had a great time learning to workout, dance, and take care of themselves.  Each girl left with a goody bag containing a selection of items aimed at helping them to be their healthiest selves!
